In addition, think about other people who might be excited to fund signs for the location you have in mind. Is there a small grant you could apply for? (In Massachusetts I got one through my local cultural council.) Are there community-oriented clubs or businesses that would like to support you? Might a group of neighbors like to chip in? Do you have a birthday coming up? Don’t be afraid to get creative, and ask!
