Do you find yourself ruminating over something that happened even though you know you “should” be able to get over it?

The Connection Practice is a simple guided process for unsticking an emotional situation, accessing empathy for yourself and others, and moving forward with clarity about what to do next.

The Connection Practice is such a powerful tool for making conflict resolution feel more doable and less overwhelming.

The morning of our session, something hard came up between my partner and me. Anne helped me regulate my emotions, access empathy for my partner’s perspective, and find self-compassion in the process. Her patience and non-judgment helped me feel safe, comfortable, and confident in my ability to become the person I want to be.

How Does it Work?

The Connection Practice can be completed in a single session of roughly 90 minutes.

You’ll learn a HeartMath technique called Quick Coherence® to help you balance your thoughts and emotions and regain a feeling of ease in your body.

Together we’ll explore the range of feelings associated with a specific situation and — even more importantly — acknowledge the underlying needs that are asking for your attention.

If another person is involved, we’ll explore what they, too, may have been feeling, and what needs they may have.

Finally, with this new information, you will ask for wise advice from the deepest part of your knowing.

It’s as simple — and profound — as that.

Each session is different, but brilliantly designed to help you see things from a new perspective and reconnect to the best parts of you.

Logistics

A 90-minute session is typically $100. Sliding scale pricing is available upon request.

We will meet over Zoom unless you are local to Natick, MA and prefer meeting in person.
